Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with a very affordable rate including parking and taxes. However, there was no pool or jacuzzi available. The bed was exceptionally cozy, making for a comfortable stay.
I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious enough for my three boys to spread out and were wonderfully clean and ready, equipped with all the necessities like a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and USB charging ports. However, there were some cleanliness issues with food left in the fridge and hair all over the shower, which was off-putting. The location was convenient, but being close to the elevator was a bit noisy for my liking.
My stay at Embassy Suites was a mixed experience. I found the rooms to be comfortable and spacious with a great dining table, but there was a faint unpleasant smell in the room. The service, especially from the Night Manager, was consistent with my previous stays at Embassy Suites, which I appreciated. The location was convenient for my family wedding, right across from a mall with excellent dining options. The dining experience was enjoyable, particularly the made-to-order omelettes, but the dining area closed a bit early. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
